Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager (Civil) who can efficiently manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery with quality standards. The candidate should have strong expertise in industrial, residential, and institutional construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 4–5 construction projects simultaneously (~₹100 crore annually)
- Plan, execute, and monitor project progress
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and clients
- Handle project reporting and performance tracking
- Maintain safety and regulatory compliance at all sites
Requirements:
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Up to 45 years of age
- Proven experience in managing multiple construction projects
- Expertise in industrial, high-rise housing, and institutional buildings
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
