Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of project billing, including quantity surveying, cost estimation, and invoice preparation.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to accurately assess project costs and monitor expenditure.
Prepare detailed billing reports, including progress payments, variations, and final settlements, in compliance with contractual obligations.
Review subcontractor invoices and ensure accuracy and completeness before processing payments.
Maintain up-to-date records of project expenses, cost variations, and budget forecasts to support informed decision-making.
Requirements:
Diploma or B-Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in billing and quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in billing software and MS Excel for accurate cost calculations and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors effectively.
