Location: Dehradun / Hoshiarpur (Punjab)
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Dip/B-Tech)
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction activities at project sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications, and provide guidance to site personnel as needed.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, work orders, and material requisitions.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address any technical or logistical challenges.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Dip/B-Tech).
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
